Description

Functions：

Ingredient：

Sweet Dates, Lycii Fructus, Ophiopogonis Radix, Dendrobii Caulis, Panacis Quinquefolii Radix, Fig

Dosage：

(for 2-4 persons)
1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.
2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.
3) Add all ingredients into 8 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 2 hours.
4) Add salt for taste.
