Ingredient：

Cashew Nuts, Sweet Date, Chinese Yam, Hericium Erinaceus, Coastal Glehnia Root, Dried Straw Mushrooms, Lotus Seeds, Gorgon Fruits, Dried Longan, Polygonatum Roots, Lily Bulb.
This product contains tree nuts.
Dosage：

Instructions: (for 3-4 people)
1) Wash and soak all ingredients for few minutes.
2) Place all the ingredients into a pot and add 8 bowls of water. Bring them to boil before simmer them for about 1 to 1.5 hours over low heat.
3) Add a handful amount of salt for taste.
