Functions：

Enrich and concentrate Qi flow, strengthen the spleen and kidneys.
Ingredient：

Chinese Yam, Cashew Nuts, Red Dates (with pits), Morel Mushrooms, Codonopsis, Dried Straw Mushrooms, Wolfberries, Dried Longan, Astragali Radix.
This product contains tree nuts.
Dosage：

(for 3-4 people)
1) Wash and soak all ingredients for few minutes.
2) Place all the ingredients into a pot and add 8 bowls of water. Bring them to boil before simmer them for about 1 to 1.5 hours over low heat.
3) Add a handful amount of salt for taste.
