Description

Functions：

Enrich yin and tonify kidneys, nourish and darken hair.
Ingredient：

Black Bean, Jujubae Fructus, Taxilli Herba, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata, Angelicae Sinensis Radix Head. This product contains soybeans.
Dosage：

Dosage：
Instructions: (for 3-4 people)
1) Rinse the appropriate amount of lean meat with clean water and cook for few minute in boil water. Put it aside for later use.
2) Rinse all the ingredients with clean water and slightly soak them for few minutes. Put them aside for later use.
3) Add 8 -10 bowls of water into a pot and bring it to boil. Put all the ingredients into the pot and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hour on low heat.
4) Add salt for taste. Serve hot.
