Description

Functions：

Replenish qi and fortify the spleen, relax sinews and activate collaterals, relieve and comfort joints, dispel dampness and detoxication, and it helps relieve skin itch.

Ingredient：

Sweet Date, Radix Millettiae Speciosae, Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome, Rice Bean, White Hyacinth Bean, Dried Tangerine Peel, Preservative (Sulphur dioxide)

Dosage：

(for 3-4 persons)

1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.

2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.

3) Add all ingredients into 10-12 bowls of boiling water, then simmer with low heat for 1.5 hours.

4) Add salt for taste.

Friendly Reminders: You may also add carrot and lotus root for better taste.
