Functions：

Tonify qi and yin, clear dryness to moisten the lung, strengthen lung resistance.

Ingredient：

Sweet Dates, Codonopsis Radix, Lilii Bulbus, Glehniae Radix, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Ophiopogonis Radix, Adenophorae Radix

Dosage：

(for 2-4 persons)
1)Wash the chicken or meat and blanch them in boiling water.
2)Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.
3)Add all ingredients into 8 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 2 hours.
4)Add salt for taste.
