Description

Functions：

Tonify qi and the spleen, relax sinews and activate collaterals, moisten the lung and resolve phlegm

Ingredient：

Sweet Dates, Hispid Fig Root, Lotus Seed, Sweet Apricot Seed, Gordon Euryale Seed, Dragon’s Tongue Leaf, White Fungus, Dried Tangerine Peel, Preservative (Sulphur dioxide)

This product contains tree nuts.

Dosage：(for 2-4 persons)

1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.

2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.

3) Add all ingredients into 8-10 bowls of boiling water, then simmer with low heat for 1-1.5 hours.

4) Add salt for taste.
