Ingredient：

Sweet Dates, Sliced Whelk, Amusium Pleuronectes, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Lilii Bulbus, Nelumbinis Semen, Euryales Semen, Longan Arillus, Lycii Fructus.
This product contains fish products.

Dosage：

Instructions: (for 2-4 persons)
1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.
2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.
3) Add all ingredients into 8-10 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 2 hours.
4) Add salt for taste.
