Sweet Dates, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Fish Maw, Lilii Bulbus, Lycii Fructus, Nelumbinis Semen, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Sweet Almonds, Sea Coconut, Armeniacae Semen Amarum.
This product contains tree nuts.
Dosage：

Instructions: (for 4-6 persons)
1) Wash the Pork bone or meat, blanch them in boiling water.
2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.
3) Add all ingredients into 10 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 1.5 hours.
4) Add salt for taste.
