Functions：

Protect the liver and nourish the stomach, engender fluid and quench thirst.
Ingredient：

Cashew nuts, Red dates (with pits), Matsutake, Dried Straw Mushrooms, Wolfberries, Noble Dendrobium Stem, Dried Longan.
Dosage：

Instructions: (for 3-4 people)
1) Wash and soak all ingredients for few minutes.
2) Place all the ingredients into a pot and add 8 bowls of water. Bring them to boil before simmer them for about 1 to 1.5 hours over low heat.
3) Add a handful amount of salt for taste.
