Functions：

Fortify the spleen and tonify the lung, Suppress cough and resolve phlegm, Relax sinews and activate collaterals
Ingredient：

Millettia speciose, Radix Fici Simplicissimae , Fructus Fici, Fructus Lycii, Tangerine Peel
Dosage：

(for 3-4 persons)

1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.

2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.

3) Add all ingredients into 10-12 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 1.5 hours.

4) Add salt for taste.
Friendly Reminders: You also can add carrot and lotus root for taste.
