Description

Useage:

tonify the spleen and stomach;

strengthen the spleen, tonify the lower back and kidneys;

nourish the heart and replenish qi, strengthen sinew and bones;

secure the root and nourish the spirit.

Ingredients:

Red Rice, White Rice, Dried Tangerine Peel, DriedLongan Aril, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Black Dates, Milkvetch Root, Tangshen.

Take out the ingredients, wash it with clean water and put it into the filter bag.

Brewed tea: Put the filter bag into 800-1000ml water and simmer for 10 mins. Pour into thermal bottle to brew for 20-25minds. (The time can be adjusted with personal taste preference) Or pour into simmering pot to bake of 10-15mins. Ready to drink after filtration.

Baked tea: Put all ingredients into filter bag, and put it into simmering pot to bake with boiling water for 40-45 mins. (The time can be adjusted with personal taste preference) Ready to drink after filtration.
