Functions：

Fortify the spleen and replenish the stomach, tonify the kidney and promote qi absorption, fortify the brain and replenish the wisdom

Ingredient：

English Walnut Seed, Lily Bulb, Coix Seed, Dried Figs, Common Yam Rhizome, Sweet Apricot Seed, Gordon Euryale Seed, Indian Bread, Lotus Seed, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Bitter Apricot Seed , Dried Tangerine Peel, Preservative (Sulphur dioxide)

This product contains tree nuts.

Dosage：(for 3-4 persons)

1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water. Cashew Nut and Chestnut can be used as a meat substitute for vegetarians.

2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.

3) Add all ingredients into 10-12 bowls of boiling water, then simmer with low heat for around 1.5 hours.

4) Add salt for taste. And ready to serve.
