DriedSea Cucumber
1. Soak the Dried Sea Cucumber inwater over night.
2. On the second day, put the DriedPrickly Sea Cucumber in boiling water for 15 minutes, then cover the pot withlid and soak for 3-4 hours or soak it until the water become warm.
3. Repeat the boiling and soakingprocedure until it becomes soft. During this period, it is necessary to rinse theDried Prickly Sea Cucumber and change the water every time before boiling.
4. Use scissors to open the bellyand remove the internal organs, and clean the inner wall.
5. Soak in cold water and put itin the refrigerator overnight until it absorbs water and swells.
6. Add ginger and the Prickly SeaCucumber into water, then simmer with low heat for 5 minutes, take out andready to cook.
Remark: When soaking the Dried Prickly SeaCucumber, avoid getting oil and salt in the water and utensils. Do not breakthe peritoneum of the sea cucumber when opening the belly.
