Fish Maw（Fish product）

Usage：

1. Soak the fish maw for two days.On the third day, put the fish maw in boiling water for 15 minutes, then cover thepot with lid and soak for 3-4 hours or soak it until the water become warm.

2. Repeat the boiling and soakingprocedure until it become soft. During this period, it is necessary to rinsethe fish raw and change the water every time before boiling.

3. Add ginger, green onions,Shaoxing wine and fish maw into water, then simmer with low heat for 5 minutes,take out and ready to cook.
